If your tolerance is +/- .005" or greater, our waterjet machining equipment can work for you. We offer faster production rates and optimal part positioning. We also provide nesting to reduce material waste and part handling to archieve lower overall costs. No distortion or stresses are imparted to the material while producing a superior edge quality. in addition waterjets do not create heat distortion, or heat affected zones. Because our abrasive waterjet produces near net-shaped parts, secondary finishing is often unnecessary. Waterjet - cutting systems are versatile, capable of cutting common and exotic materials from 1/16 to 8 inches thick.
